CHULA VISTA (KUSI)- Four seed Olympian hosting five seed West Ranch in the 2025 CIF SoCal Softball Championships in Division III. Eagles win in the bottom of the 9th inning 7-6. Olympian jumped out to a 4-0 lead but let it slip away in the 7th inning when West Ranch Ava Esparza hit a two run double to right center field to give the visitors a 5-4 lead. Then back and forth we went for the next two innings when Jacqueline De Murguia who went 4 for 5 on the afternoon smoked an rbi game winning single to left field to walk it off for the Eagles.
The Eagles will play at Point Loma on Thursday at 4pm who won easily against Port of Los Angeles 9-2.
