Cavers senior Isaiah Marte recognized before the game for breaking the 1,000 point career scoring mark and proceeds to score a game 40 points in the contest.
Patriots Julian Lebel finishes with a team high 16 points for the visitors but it's not enough and San Diego wins 61-47.
With the win, San Diego improves to 11-2 on the season.
